I lived in mirdif or mardaf whatever, it was south of there towards awir and hatta. yey, still was surprised that i couldn't find much on it the net. anyways the dude that did this in 97 in dubai is called 'magnet man' his site is http://www.magneticeast.com/eng/ecology/rain.asp i had an interesting meeting in 1997 with magnet man, when thru a translator i asked to sell rain, he looked up out the window and said "You are chasing clouds, young man." I was 25 yrs old at the time and was probably way out of my league, but atleast I managed to meet the man behind the raining out the richest horse race in 97 in dubai. He made it rain 70% of that yr in a town that gets a few showers a yr before that.
