I am Sudanese, so as a child I always heard that the Nile river was called "the river of the hand". My father and his brothers, not all but Alphonse, Fathi and Nagi all managed to fill my ears with this. Anyways, in my search of the Nile and where it will lead, well first off, the Nile is the longest river in the world, yey. we all knew that right, how about that it's the only river that goes from South to North like the Nile, yeah, Polaks will say that Wisla does the same, I ain't talking no small tributaries  of the nile. I'm talking about the top 20 rivers of earth, and that only one, the longest one, goes from south to north, let me hear a yey!  This is what gemini said on their differences when orientation of the longest rivers in the world:

  • Orientation:
While both have a significant north-south component, the Nile flows north, and the Amazon flows east (though it has a strong north-south component in its tributaries).

And i further checked w gemini whether in top 20 how many rivers went south north, and it spat out the same shit that amazon river and nile are only 2 rivers that run south north out of the top 20 rivers , yet when we probe gemini on orientation of flow of river it tells us that it "flows east". To me it is as significant as the pyramids, and as spectacular an accomplishment of the hand. And what I mean by the hand, its the doing part of the will.
